FAQs for Meadowbrook Weddings
Q: What is required to hold banquet space?
A: You will receive an agreement once you have chosen your date. This agreement will give approximately two weeks before a non-refundable deposit is due. Your guaranteed final count is due on Wednesday the week of of your reception along with final payment.
Q: How much is the room rental?
A: Room rental fees vary with the size of your function. We have rooms to accommodate as many as 300 or as few as 40.
Q: What is included in the room rental?
A: All tables, chairs, china, glassware and silverware. (Including head table, cake table,place card table, etc.) All ivory or white linens with white or ivory fan folded napkins. Assistance by our on site event coordinator.
Q: What services will the even coordinator provide?
A: ~Make recommendations of local vendors needed for reception (florist, baker, photographer, musician, DJ, etc.)
~Oversee set up of reception
~Help create reception timelines
~Coordinate menu selection and all beverages
~Provide diagram of banquet room set-up
~Provide detailed event sheet after first consultation to include menu selections, room set-up, rental items requested from Meadowbrook, special instructions with the total estimated reception price.
