FAQs for Meadowbrook WeddingsQ: What is required to hold banquet space? A: You will receive a contract once you have chosen your date. The contract and non-refundable deposit will be due within 2 weeks to hold your date. Q: How much is the room rental? A: Room rental fees vary with the size of your functionand setup needs. We have rooms to accommodate as many as 300 or as few as 40. Q: What is included in the room rental? A: All standard tables, chairs, china, glassware and silverware. (Including head table, cake table,place card table, etc.) A choice of our standard tablecloths in ivory or white, with white or ivory napkins. . Q: What services will the event coordinator provide? A: ~Help create reception timelines ~Coordinate menu selection and beverages ~Provide diagram of banquet room set-up ~Provide detailed function sheet after first consultation to include menu selections, room set-up, rental items requested from Meadowbrook, special instructions with the total estimated reception price. ~Provide updated event function sheets as changes are made until final count, which is due 5 days prior to event. ~Oversee setup of banquet room based on function sheet.
